I signed up with this company in January 2021 website is beyong comfusing and when you add a property come back next day it's no where to be found. Doesn't recorded anything you imput properly which could be due to lack of knowledge on my part howver i been texting and emailing requesting a phone call for someone to help yet no response. someone finanly email back after 3 or 4 reuest and i repeateadly ask for a phone call to help but no response from that person after that. Why would anyone want to spend money on this company i need a refund and i will work on getting that. But for now keep search for another or better alternatives

ManageCasas is very intuitive and the learning curve for basic functionality and navigation within the software is relatively short. The help section is generally extremely informative and their customer service team is easy to reach when I have questions. From a property management, unit-based accounting perspective, the software is very robust.

Overall, It’s been great for our rental properties. I'd say our favorite parts of ManageCasa are the clean design, user-friendly accounting system, and ease of use for messaging, lease management reports, exports, etc. After reviewing a handful of systems before making my final decision, it seems clear that ManageCasa is the most modern solution on the market.

We are a small owner-operated company that owns multi-family, single-family, and a few office spaces. ManageCasa is not only cheaper for us than the alternatives, but has far more features. We plan to continue using it for a long time.

First time using software to manage my property operations.This product gets a 10/10 from me. I love the automation, the interface, the fact that it is cloud-based, everything! I look very professional to my tenants and my suppliers despite the fact that I am still a small (<50 units) landlord.
