What do you like best?
Like nothing about this service, they respond when you want to subscribe thats it
What do you dislike?
When you upload a list of contact from your database, when they bounce these people automatically block your account and wont respond to the emails or reactivate the account and wont even refund the paid amount

nothing rather go with the regular process you go with for bulk emails.
They are totally a scam! Their website is broken & disaster! If you will send email using their server it will never hit on the subscriber's inbox! But they will show you random fake open & click rates! In any case, they will never refund you! Never ever try this!

It's easy to use. Easy to upload contacts and assign them to a specific list.
What do you dislike?
audience lists do not categorize well. If you delete a participant, they are deleted from a list, but not the system. Doesn't support embedding video.

E-marketing. Communicating with donors.
What do you like best?
I thought that Mad Mimi was a good product design wise. The templates were slick and easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I found that marketing automation and drip campaigns were a bit difficult to setup, and there wasn't a clear explanation of what was available in the free vs paid version.

Have been able to reach out to more customers. Helping with sales outreach

You can create templates that you can then use later on to send to your groups.
What do you dislike?
You need to import contacts a bunch of times before they actually go through. I also changed the email on file weeks ago and we are still getting correspondence to the old email.

We can use this for email marketing but I think we are going to use constant contact instead as it is more user friendly
