I have a lucid press account through my school gmail account, I have only made about 4 posters on lucid press and it says I've used up all of my picture storage and that i need to buy more!! It's so annoying and pops up every 30 seconds after I close it and try to continue working!! Please fix this!

Lagged way too much and would randomly freeze at the worst times causing you to have to reload the page and lose all of the stuff you didn't save.
Dear Sirs,i took out a membership with Lucid press last year. This year you took the membership from my bank account without any bill, invoice etc. I would appreciate it if you would refund me my membership money for this year and cancel my membership.
I signed up to the $9.99 a month service, but have been charged much more. After checking my account I had been charged $42, $50 and $50 over the last 3 months because I am signed up to a team account. I never signed up to the team account and I specifically signed up to the $9.99 service. Despite not having used the team service and not having signed up for it, the company are refusing to give me a refund for the overcharged amount. SCAM - stay away and do not give them your bank details.
