What do you like best?
The chrome extension, it's really usefull. The fact that you can share with out edit.
What do you dislike?
I was one the first user, lost the account of how many people I've indicated to use solution. But as soon the got some investidor they limited for a ridiculous number of the videos that you can have, the duration. In summary I can't use the solution anymore. Don't recommend it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I could record some videos, but latter I had more trouble with the limitation of number is videos.

I love the idea of being able to create and send and also receive and watch videos from others. It's a super helpful concept.

When I made my first, very short video (and my wifi connection was fine, it never loaded. Also, I couldn't get the sound to work (my microphone.

quickly explaining something to a client without having to type it all out
What do you like best?
Loom is great for recording short videos. I am currently using the free version and find it helpful for demonstrating certain tasks or errors. Having the ability to cut the recordings is very valuable.
What do you dislike?
The free version is fairly limited as far as features, and you are only given a link to the video rather than having the mp4 file. This means any further editing you might want to do you would have to record separately.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Loom has been great for training new employees. We'd created a small database that allows new staff to watch instructional videos. I have also used it for showing bugs to development teams.
What do you like best?
very light and demands very little computing resources, fast and easy, no need to go so deep into video editing. I love the tool where you can draw in the screen
What do you dislike?
There are a few editing options that would be nice to have them on board. Not that much option to add audio separately like a song or a theme.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a fast, simple accurate tool to make how-to videos, with being able to draw and point in the screen, while explaining something, this is the right tool for you. Go for it!

We need to do constant videos on know hows, how to navigate the celera web solution, for translators on our site, and for users who want to translate documents.
What do you like best?
I like that the interface is simple, there are plugins for my favorite browser to quickly start recording and they support multiple operating systems. I like the incredible reporting features so see if my video has been viewed.

the chrome extension seems a bit glitchy and will often not start the recording as anticipated.

I can demonstrate features to clients, Replicate issues for my development team, and I can embed all of my recordings in different sites.
