Overpriced for what you get. Free options are just as good

Accessing files or data from a remote location. Allows you to remote into work computer if you need access to something

You have the ability to access your files nearly anywhere

The connect was sketchy most of the time depending on your connection. When working remote it isn’t always reliable

Being able to work remote was great not being tied down to one area and being capable of working on the go is a great advantage especially if you’re constantly busy in meetings that are off site

I like the easy of using the remote desktop through logmein. It gives you the chance to use the computer of someone else sitting at your desk

however it isnt that user friendly and we faced issues with restarting in case the main persons computer gets locked

We used our clients computer through logmein for using Quickbooks

Encryption level cannot be better; appreciate the logon layers.

Price, too high for two connections - wish it was half the cost.

LogMeIn is a solid, straightforward remote access and file-sharing software that's suitable for personal or corporate use.
What do you dislike?
Mac version lacks some features. Interface could be more intuitive. Easy access to most features through a web browser. Comes with 1TB of cloud storage for file-sharing or simple storage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent remote PC access software for IT departments or personal users. It is great for users in other countries because it provides advanced configuration options, helpful diagnostic tools and secure data transfers. This software allows you to monitor your remote computer's hardware and software health and access it from anywhere.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Allows me to run a computer located across the room or across the country as if I were sitting in front of its keyboard and screen. This gives me access to my own desktop at home or at the office while traveling with my laptop.
