What do you like best?
the working group was very satisfied using this tool, from my personal point of view I loved the complements that gives you the ability to directly file in the database the micrososft office products and you can edit them from which is great for me
What do you dislike?
I did not have any inconveniences when using the tool, but for me it would be easier to manage if they allowed to manage and edit the pdf files as well as giving you the possibility to manage the office files.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is a very versatile and useful tool, which has multiple functions which allow you to manage the files and documents of the entire team.

is an excellent tool to manage and manage different types of documents, thus managing in a very practical and efficient way to organize and facilitate access to these document

its configuration could be a bit complex and tedious to manage but with a little time and effort it is possible to manage in a very efficient and practical way

It is a very dynamic and practical tool to handle different types of documents in a fairly simple and practical way, managing to manage such documents in a useful way.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It's really difficult for me to manage my documents but the LogicalDoc provided the best solution for my problems. Now, I don't need to store the files in my system. I always upload the files on the LogicalDoc and its amazing features always help me in doing the required operations online like editing, searching and file preview etc.
One of the most important thing in this software is that there the interface of their applications also runs perfectly on the mobile phones which help me in accessing my account at any time and at any place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Still, I am unable to find a big problem in this software. My experience with this DMS is going perfect and it's user-friendly interface. They just need to focus on their tech support otherwise everything is perfect in this software.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
There are no multiple workspaces for the people who are using community and business version. I hope they will provide multiple workspace functionalities in these versions also.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Document management, Remote access and multiple formats of the documents. These three problems were solved by this software.
