What do you like best?
Promises you big time. Even looks like they have a legitimate presence in Australia which will prove wrong later.
What do you dislike?
very limited scope and restricted input space. Once signed in you cannot cancel this subscription and even if you do try and cancel online, it looks like that you have successfully unsubscribed but they will still keep charging you, God knows till what.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You sign in for this trap and get stuck with it. It's designed to skim the time poor customers with their hard earned money as they cannot even cancel the service once they are signed in. Cancel option doesn't work and even if it appears to be a successful account close, it will still remain active the next billing cycle. by the time you react, you would have comfortably lost a fair bit.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

If you are looking for P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet accuracy that will suit the sophisticated and experienced financial expert, go elsewhere.

Was attempting to use to forecast cash flow but given the complexity of nonprofit revenue forecasting, it was not possible to do so with LivePlan

Able to organize multiple sources of data in one platform. Accessible by all levels to read and write into and see in Real Time

Not much. Took a little time to get to know how to use it.

Good off the shelf platform.

Collection of planning info, one consolidated platform so duplication of info is reduced.
What do you like best?
The integration with Xero and QBO that lets you compare your forecast and estimate to actual once you get going. It's fairly simple to creates a three-way forecast and it lets you create different scenarios.
What do you dislike?
The forecasting engine is good, but simple and limited for more complex business models.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a start up looking to do a great looking business plan that doesn't leave any rock unturned, Liveplan is great. If you are an established company that's looking at cashflow forecasting and custom KPI, you might need something more tailored.
