What do you like best?

I've been using Limble for about a year now and it has made my maintenance planning world very organized. It is very intuitive to set up, simple for my technicians to use, and provides me with documentation I need for compliance records, The technical support I receive from Limble is fabulous; I have yet to have a question unanswered; within very short time frames I might add.

What do you dislike?

I am very experienced with CMMS systems and know what a system should be capable of doing. I have yet to come across a function or feature which is either not available or doesn't work properly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am using Limble for more than just managing maintenance activities. I have installed Limble onto tablets which are used on the shop floor. We are using Limble for quality and safety checks. I have these checks set up so if there are any issues; a work order is sent directly to me which allows me to have immediate visibility to the problem and prioritize it for resolve. I have also prepared both quality and safety training PM's which pull PowerPoint presentations and YouTube video's to enhance the training. Tests are also part of the training PM's.

What do you like best?

We were looking for a CMMS system that was not going to cost us a fortune. Limble allowed me to build the system, at a very reasonable cost.

What do you dislike?

I cant think of anything that I really dislike, the system is very logical.

What do you like best?

The customs dashboards is very nice, we can also track time and generate reports easily.

What do you dislike?

The users who create work request should be able to sign off on request using their desk work station without being able to change any data in the request. (not sure if this can be possible).

What do you like best?

The Limble tutorials are a valuable tool to help you get started. Any additional help is available in a "chat" form. The administrators have been very helpful and understanding. If they are busy, you can count on a message being answered the next time you log in.

What do you dislike?

Only thing I can complain about, is the time it takes to load in parts, but I don't know how you could speed that up. I have requested the page number arrows be added to the top of the tasks page, so we'll see how that progresses.

It saves a lot of juggling paper inspection charts.
