I cancelled my subscription, and a month later my subscription was "renewed". They have Indian support centres, no one actually answers a phone or responds to an email. Their helpdesk is woeful and near-impossible to use (probably designed to prevent people from being able to "leave").They make it near-impossible to cancel your subscription once you've signed up. Steer clear - absolutely do not go near these guys. Choose Zoom instead. Lifesize was the worst experiment I've made in recent history.
What do you like best?
The call quality is much better than other internet-based video conferencing systems, and the added features (like screen sharing and presentation options) are well designed and reliable
What do you dislike?
The pricing for the hardware (both cameras and screen sharing device) is very high and cannot be replaced by third party solutions; the annual subscription fee is expensive compared with internet-based business solutions
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use to have efficient video conferencing across our locations in different states, Mexico and China. It also makes presentations much easier to arrange without much early preparation. This system allow us to get guests up and running either in our conference rooms or remotely in a very short time.

What do you like best?
The integration with the physical devices, our conference room is really amazing thanks to lifesize.
What do you dislike?
I hate that you can't share just one screen instead of a specific application, sometimes we're in a meeting and need to show some stuff in the browser and in other application. It is frustrating to have to stop sharing the screen in one app to start sharing in another.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
All the issues of having to set up an environment to a conference room, with lifesize we have everything in one place.
What do you like best?
It is easily accessible and visually pleasing to see everyone on one screen.
What do you dislike?
It is temperamental in use. We find that it gets glitchy too much. I would like it if there was more moderator control.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is useful and easy, I have just found that it is very temperamental at times. When you are dependent on it for a meeting that is a problem.

Meeting for work during COVID-19. I am not sure I have seen any benefits...in person wins everytime.
Poor training opportunities. We had to force a training for our staff and even now all that is available is online video training.
