What do you like best?
The process to upload a document and create fields is easy and relatively simple. It's also easy to see who has signed and who hasn't in one dashboard.
What do you dislike?
The interface isn't as streamlined as I would like, and the mass-send is still in beta stages. I'm looking forward to when the program is able to send the same document separately to multiple people (e.g. a liability waiver).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Legalesign to others. Although there are a few features I'd like to see added, overall this product is better than other alternatives (I have had trial periods with two other competitors).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One of my services involves remote yoga & meditation instruction. My students are everywhere around the world from Berlin to Colombia to Portland. There was no way I wanted to use snail mail to get the waivers sent, signed, and received. This was an easy, streamlined, and affordable way to get the job done and also reduce my usage of paper.
What do you like best?
The customer service and response rate from the staff is top notch.
The whole concept of having documents being signed online and available at a later stage at a click of a button rather than lost in a box or filing cabinet is great ... good for the environment too!
What do you dislike?
The product was still developing in a few areas, which is completely understandable but just happened not to match our requirements in that respect at the time, which was a pity as the service overall appears highly professional and responsive.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Quick and easy signatures for contracts and most importantly easy to send a copy to the signer as well as keep our record in a safe place.
What do you like best?
It is very intuitive and friendly and if you have any queries Ben is very helpful and answers quickly.
What do you dislike?
sometimes you may want to check an old document quickly but you have to wait to retrieve it. It is not a big deal but will be something I would mention.

It help us to to collect signed documents when a face to face interaction is difficult or when we have plenty of documentation to send and we need an easy and efficient way to track it and collect it.
What do you like best?
What I like most about Legalesign is the ease of use from our customers and our technicians.
We can have the business end taken care of so all my techs and customers need to focus on is the job at hand.
What do you dislike?
I thinking there is a learning curve that I am still figuring out.
There are certain things that I wish were a bit less tedious ( like box sizes and labels) but not enough to say I dislike the program.

Again, the ease of use for our customers helps us streamline the process.
I think some of our customers are still a bit leery of online security but overall we have received positive feedback.

Technical team are proactive and prompt to respond to all queries.
Easy to integrate with.
Sensible pricing.

Some of documentation had small typos - but all sorted now.
