What do you like best?
It is a program with a very intuitive interface so it is very easy to use, has a simple but functional design, can manage the absence and requests for free time of employees, in addition to calculating overtime, managing calendars, a self-service portal, in addition to a generator of reports and analysis.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I do not like about this program, it is very functional and very easy to use, since we started using them we have not presented any inconvenience with its functionality or performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is aimed at small businesses or companies in development path, is very easy to use, is very affordable in addition to possessing a free trial.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The generator of reports in real time has been of great help at the time of making the personalized evaluation of the employees for what we have obtained better effectiveness in that area, besides that it is simple, fast and affordable. Another aspect in which we benefit from the use of this tool is that we end up with many manual processes, since most of the administrative processes associated with human resource management are done automatically, processed through the portal of self-service or self-management.

What do you like best?
It is easy to administer and integrate into Slack. It is easy for people to request time off and managers to review and accept that time off. Overall been a good experience. Free to use for a small company which saves us A LOT.
What do you dislike?
Adding back leave is impossible. Following the guides has produced zero results on getting this done. Support pointed us back to the guides that did not work before contacting support. Calendar sync only works with the one email address you sign up for (so can't sync to multiple calendars
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tracking leave and time off has been a challenge for our organization, knowing when employee have requested time was proving difficult across departments and in a running slack channel where items would get lost. Saves so much time for us and employees on knowing who has leave time left, days off upcoming, etc.
What do you like best?
I like its easy dashboard. Its not that complicated as you can add any of your team mate through slack. You can setup the leaves, add leaves as per your need. This is good i mean public holidays, leaves need to be setup once and after that it works like a pro. Its a very nice product.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to dislike, they can improve few things though but nothing to dislike

Its a good product. Go for it if you are small or medium business then it is made for you to manage attendance and leave management

Leavboard is a blessing to me. It is seemlessly integrated with slack so just type /lb in that and leave board is there as you ca apply the leave and a direct request will be gone for the approval.
You can change the approver as per the settings in the admin too.
Its a nice product to use by SMB.
