What do you like best?
LearnAmp provides an amazing customer Support experience! As the owner of the system in our company, they provided great support and availability during the first months of implementation, but not only. Also after the system was running smoothly, they always were on top of things.
I also like and appreciate their openness and flexibility for new features I have asked.
It felt like we are partners working together (Vs. customer and vendor), and for me- that says it all.
What do you dislike?
In the beginning, when just started to work together, there were a few requirements we had as for the management reports, some of them required additional development. I can honestly say that today we have great reports, with drill down up to a level of an item, so that each manager can see the current status of his/her team.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We created a great onboarding experience for new hires, having a tailored learning path per role.
The UX for new hires, especially on their first few months of work, defiantly contribute to their engagement. Each new hire has received an invitation email to the system, on the start date and was able to start working on their personalized learning path.

it general it is nice , i like it ,i did not find any difficulties in using it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Very professional support with access to full functionality during the demo trial. The support team were very flexible, supportive and listened to the needs of our business. The platform is extremely easy to navigate, reporting functionality is excellent, good quality content and the price is very reasonable.
What do you like best?
We have mostly been using it for our 1-2-1 cycles and have really enjoyed using the system. Performance Management can be quite a lot to manage, especially for everyone to have something easy to refer back to, so from that point of view the system has been terrific
We are looking to start using MS Teams in our business which they don't currently have an integration for but I believe is coming in soon.
We enjoy working with the Customer Support Team as they are fast and with good solutions!
We are using Learn Amp for Performance Management and sharing knowledge across the business
What do you dislike?
From an admin point of view it takes time to set up, however this is due to customization being available.

Formalizing performance reviews across the company and having a clear and easy way to collect feedback,
What do you like best?
The Learn Amp interface is streamlined and user-friendly to navigate. I've never used an easier system for adding content, and it's helpful that the learner's experience can be customized based on role. It's great that the system surfaces similar content pieces and recommendations - this helps learners find content they might not have known existed. Our colleagues are impressed with the platform and we are happy we selected Learn Amp.
What do you dislike?
We wish the system had free-text functionality within quizzes. However, the team is very responsive to feedback and hopefully this enhancement will be added in the near future.

Implementing new technology can often be a daunting task, but the implementation process for Learn Amp went smoothly. The team promptly responded to our needs and answered any questions. They were also very accommodating when working through requirements we had, and for the integration work required with another platform.
What do you like best?
Easy to use and preferable for file sharing.
Cannot regret for it makes interface is simple.
Great for content management.
I love how it easy to create Content

I have not encountered any challenge while working with it
