What do you like best?
Can be configured to suit our needs.
Can be integrated with other third party services like cloud telephony as well as our own databases to provide complete lead history
What do you dislike?
Not user friendly. Not so intuitive to use for a field sales agent. Reports are a big challenge as of now. Unless reports and dashboards section is improved, clients can not make use of the CRM effectively to gain insights about the performance of their marketing and sales teams.
Permission layers (classifying users based on levels of authorization) are limited to 2-3. (sales user and sales manager, with specific access types such as view only and view and edit),
Customizations at user levels can be improved. Advanced filters have only OR option and AND options. Can't use combinations of OR and AND to create various data cuts.

Sales force lead management and Productivity tracking.

Better intuitive interface that allows many that are not familiar with more complex tools be able to dive in and immediately use.

Missing some pieces to make it well rounded

Lead quality and where they are in the sales funnel, basically where are we losing money.

It is super fast, it also has multiple filters for us to sort data according to the need. Very user friendly.

The mobile app for iOS needs to improve. It keeps crashing while processing some important commands.

I get a detailed list of All my clients. I get to store addresses as well as Mark follow ups with reminders popping up in my email when a task is set.
