It's not an easy to application to work with right off the bat. You really need to be very familiar with the system in order to fully maximize its potential.

Integration is easy and management is painless. Lead Liaison simply works. We haven't encountered any major issues. For minor ones, their customer service is more than capable of handling them. They also listed to customer feedback for new features and suggestions, as they pick them up and realize them in a short time.

I like how I can now monitor my website visitors in real time. This functionality is a huge deal for sales team as they can see what our website visitors are viewing, which indicates where their interests are.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Back then, their email system needed a lot of work but it has improved a lot. Now, I have issue with their WYSIWYG editor, which can go bonkers at times. I have to switch to HTML code to remedy the situation.

Our sales team can see what interests our website visitors with the system's website tracking and alerts. We can now tie our email and landing pages to a specific campaign and the statistical data we get allows us to make the necessary changes to improve open rates and clickthroughs.

Lead Liaison really delivers in terms of email marketing solutions that are tailored to the needs not only of my business but also that of my clients'. Their support ois topnotch, always following up and keeping their promise. They send me updates on improvements and changes they are working on or rolling out and train me on how to implement these changes and integrate them into my customer base.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I dislike about Lead Liasion. They have covered every base and I have no complaints. That said, I would love it if I can write notes about my clients in the contacts section.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now reach out effectively both to my clients and prospects. My prospecting becomes more intenstified and targeted because of the feedback I get via the software. Clients also benefit from it as I use for my online marketing campaigns.
