I reiterate what someone else reviewed below "Terrible customer support". Seriously the worst I have ever seen. I tried their chat bubble (intercom), contact form on the site, Facebook page and even the Founder of the company on Linkedin. I mean, come on guys, this is shocking. It is a real shame because I could really use this software and would have been willing to pay after the trial ended since I had some super minor questions that only needed to be answered. It seems they built a great tool and just left it on the shelf to gather dust.
Terrible!! The 'Live Chat' takes over 3 days before you get a response. Scheduled posts on Instagram and FB. FB was fine, but Instagram just stores the posts and would not publish them - although I received notifications to say 'your posts will shortly be published' - waste of money! Off to find another site!!
Almost got me kicked off Instagram and did irreparable damage to my business--they got flagged as a scam/spam service. Appear to have no support--no response after multiple days.
