What do you like best?
They have a large market share and were one of the first products we selected as organization for our own ECM needs and the potential to become a VAR.
What do you dislike?
The biggest issue for us was price and how modular the product was. It seemed like a lot of the functionality that was intriguing to us was an additional add-on thus making the lowering the return on investment.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Consider everything that's in the market. We found some other solutions that better fit our needs.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problems we looked to solve was the windows file system storage issue. I can't find the documents and information that my company knows. Finding the most recent and up to date version of the document was important. Also scanning, OCR and the ability to integrate through and OLEDB connection was highly needed for integration with systems of record.

Not a single thing. See below for what I dislike.
What do you dislike?
Everything about this product is designed to lock you in to work flows that have to be programmed in and cost exorbitant amounts of moeny to have their teams design them. Then you better not want to change anything.
Complex.
Costly.
Not modern cloud-based.
Sad version of DropBox.
Highly do NOT recommend unless you want to waste lots and lots of money at your company.

Document Archival.
Daily Document server storage solutions.
What do you like best?
When the software works it does what it is supposed to.
What do you dislike?
Support is horrible. You can spend days trying to fix a reasonable small issue. They base the fingerprint on hardware. So if you update/change your NIC card the software doesn't work. You will not get any help from them to deactivate and reactivate the product. I'm on my second day without any resolution in sight. They stop responding if you push them.

Without providing support this product is not worth it.

There is no business problem being solved when you can't get the software to work.

Holds and organizes our scanned files. Can easily drag and drop from your documents.

Should have subfolder options to better organize.
