What do you like best?
Great baseline features: Zapier and Slack integrations, conditional logic, and a few other neat ones. Also really like the analytics and reporting. Favorite thing by far was the easy of creating the logic paths for the bot which was very intuitive.
What do you dislike?
It's buggy at times, but usually within a few days the bugs get resolved. For example, one time it would behave as if I was still active even though I marked "away" which caused quite a bit of customer confusion. The biggest issue by far is the forced branding on the lowest paid plan. The branding obtrusively overlaps the UI and interferes with the function of the form. When I brought this up with support, the only offered solution was to upgrade to the next tier at 3x the cost. This is not an acceptable answer in my opinion.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We wanted to automate and personalize a web form. We have seen increased conversion rates since implementing. If the tool didn't have the mentioned issues, we would be longtime customers for sure.
What do you like best?
Customer Success staffs are really helpful. They responded to my request quickly and on time.
What do you dislike?
It can be frustrating that most of the support you need is due to limited functionality; often time it is just that what flow or functionality is not available yet or still in the pipeline. I also did not like the fact that the use intercom for their customer service services as a competitor of their products, it gives a feeling of lack of trust in the product.

Chatbot for Lead Generation to acquire new contacts and logos.
What do you like best?
The ease of use to build the bot is certainly the best thing about the application.
What do you dislike?
Some core features are missing or restricted to their most premium plans, the jump in pricing really does not make any sense to me.

Take a look at all packages and features and make sure you're looking at the right pack and price and what fetatures are included within that package.

We have an automated maintenance form, it allows tenants to tell us about maintenance issues in their house. It also then can diagnose simple issues so we're not dealing with basic issues from tenants.
What do you like best?
The ability to produce intelligent and detailed process flows, allowing any possibility to be covered.
What do you dislike?
The limitations of the free plan. Upgrading to the premium plan would enable a larger range of features that might make your chatbot more impactful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great service that provides a good entry into the world of automated chat bots. Would recommend to any client or agency that is looking to increase site activity and engagement, especially in the service industry.

I have solved the problem of an increasing bounce rate and lowered conversion rate. Due to the chatbot, more users are engaged and don't have the opportunity to disengage.
What do you like best?
It is so easy to set up a beginner or moderate chat bot flow, the UI/UX is very good, just about 30 minutes of testing and you're good to go.
What do you dislike?
1.Customer Support can be a bit faster.
2.No flexible to switch between human support & livechat, you cannot use 3rd party livechat software to integrate to the flow.
3. No drop down option, no bulk input button option, no quick setup for conditional logic in case of asking Country/State/City....
4. No easy custom validation for entries (phone, naming diacritics...)
