What do you like best?
I think one of the best features of the program is the easy to use layout. Everything is super easy to see and click on. Easy functions to switch between screens and properly track data. You can easily integrate with quickbooks and generate reports.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of bugs in the program still. Random floating 0's in calculations that make some calculations off by pennies in the invoices. Also sometimes certain keyboard buttons dont work if you have multiple windows open.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to make a backup of your database.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving some issues with service tickets and assigning individuals work. Benefits also with integration to quickbooks, having a complete view of finances and tracking expenses.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It is super easy to use because of its clean interface. Upon looking at it, you'll immediately know where to click. I can also integrate with QuickBooks and easily export the data I need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are still some bugs present in the application. The Knowify team needs to fix this as it messes some of the invoice calculations we make.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can now easily assign tasks for my employees and resolve service ticket issues. The integration to QuickBooks is also very convenient.
