What do you like best?
It didn't work, so there was nothing to like.
What do you dislike?
Claimed to link Zoho CRM with our store, Prestashop. While some data did get passed, not all the order data went through so it was essentially useless. I guess if you just want to link contact info, it might work but if you want sales and order info, forget it. And since sales and order info is the only reason you'd link a storefront and a CRM, you would think you'd make sure that would work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify all the data you need to have transferred from one app to the other. Be absolutely certain all of that data gets moved. Our experience was that it did not. This _may_ have been a limitation of the Zoho API but if so, KloudConnectors shouldn't be claiming that their product does something it can't.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were trying to solve the issue of getting sales data into Zoho, but that didn't happen.
