The email editor is really easy to use - dragging and dropping blocks to create the email is a snap.
What do you dislike?
Almost everything else. The reporting is difficult to do anything advanced in. I detest having to completely cancel an email if the audience list or something else determined in the first step needs to change. There are a lot of things about the UI that are not intuitive. Also, I've never used an email platform before that limits the number of emails you can send to in one email based on the account level. It's ridiculous to have it set up that way.

I am sending out regular emails to a customer list. They make that easy I guess.
The "Live Chat" you're guaranteed is horrible. None of them no what they're talking about and they randomly end the call. A rep asked me to send them a pic of the issue they're platform was giving. I asked for 5 minutes to get the image. They said sure and then hung up after 45 seconds because they "didn't hear from me." Mind you, this was after waiting in the queue for 30 minutes. The platform also has so many bugs and issues, it's still in beta essentially. Only half of the services work. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Customer service is terrible. This is a business to business tool so they need an enterprise level customer service. Submitting a ticket and waiting 2 to 3 days for a reply or resolution is not going to cut it in today’s business world. They need to get there act together.
