New releases are not tested as well as they should be, so have encountered bugs.

Budget constraints meaning limited resources. Understanding resource demand for projects and optimising utilisation.
What do you like best?
KeyedIn covers a lot of the project management processes related to running projects in a professional services organisation .
What do you dislike?
KeyedIn has a weakness when it comes to follow up on the organization and people. As an example, it's not easy to access the actual utilization and compare to planed. Also it's cumbersome to manage authorization in 2 layers, line manager and project manager.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The main objective is to work with Resource Management. A side effect of that is improved Project management. At this point its to soon to make any conclusions but it's promising.
What do you like best?
I like the search mechanism for project - the "contains " is especially useful. also like being able to enter project statuses weekly and the easy way to edit project details. Like the way you can clone weekly reports so as not to have to re-key previous statuses
What do you dislike?
The weekly project status report has too many mandatory fields. Not sure of the value of save & close vurses submit & close. Encountered problems working in chrome browser

Visibility of project status and objectives to management team and business
What do you like best?
User logins and profiles enable you to easily break out group based permissions. The reporting feature (once learned) provides alot of valuable analytics and insights, based on project details and timesheet data.
What do you dislike?
System requires a lot of setup and configuring in order to operate properly. Every organization will need to have a dedicated resource to live and breathe the system, otherwise even the smallest tweaks or errors are difficult to diagnose, or fix, without support. Help Files are focused on "what", rather than "where", so are not a helpful source for troubleshooting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you have a properly defined implementation plan. Configuration of the system is substantial and will require alot of time on both sides; suggest to have someone dedicated to this as a full time role for the initial implementation, UAT, and two months post -live.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Resource management, time tracking, and project management across professional services and development teams. Timesheet tracking, basic project management, and the reporting based on these two areas have been helpful. We now have a more accurate and immediate view of key core metrics.
What do you like best?
One of the easiest way to maintain your daily task in various categories.
Also you can add your task against multiple project. It shows the effort estimation as well. We can manage leaves through this.
What do you dislike?
It is quite difficult to unlock the submitted timesheets. Because when user submits the timesheet then to make changes into that, you need an approvals and it gets unlocked.
