What do you like best?
In designing the payroll it's quite complicated to use and we had trouble with this and average customer care service hence we had to switch.
What do you dislike?
Complexity in designing and poor customer service which needs to be implemented.

it was used as a demo for payroll processing in our organization.
What do you like best?
I like the easy UI/UX of the Keka and it is crafted with the latest technology and changes can be made easily. The entire HR operation can be performed in the effective manner including taxes, salary slip, appraisal and many more other benefits.
What do you dislike?
As such nothing is there, it fulfils all the requirement and ain't faced any bugs till now.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It allows the company to manage all the details of the employees on single platform. The appraisal, taxes, salaries even the company goal can be managed and monitor from the Keka Software.

Easy login, it allows managing individual payroll effectively, the mobile app also works quite ok

Payroll component is a bit difficult to understand at once

Ease the overall company payroll management rather than the manual traditional payroll processing methods, Since it can be accessed using smartphone its easy to access from anywhere
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
We started using the software a couple of months back and I must say that it really has made the processes we perform for finance go much more smoothly. Our whole pay process is now digital and accomplished online, which as you can imagine has made everything just simpler and quicker. It's also been a great help in keeping our information protected and organized, which makes it easy to pull up any information we may need. Within the company, I've also seen it ensure that only assigned people get to notice specific fields with the use of protection highlights.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be frank about it, all that we could ask from a Payroll software has been met by this program. I literally cannot think of anything about it that could be made better.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This program really shines when it's compated to our previous payroll process. Before, doing payroll really took a lot of time and I could even argue that the previous process was barely useful. But ever since this program took our process to the web and digitized it, everything has been smooth. We can access it remotely and pretty much everything is automated. It has even helped us with ensuring that our tax computations are accurate, since these are already programmed into the software.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I've now handed off the bulk of my payroll tasks to Keka and I couldn't be any happier. I used to be in charge of processing the payroll of employees in a big company, but now I can initiate and complete other projects thanks to Keka working on the background.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This isn't much of a problem for me, but you need to have at least a little background in tax and payroll processing to be able to fully make use of Keka's features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have managed to migrate the whole payroll database on the cloud through Keka. This means that I can now access the files I need anytime and anywhere as long there is a stable internet connection. If that isn't already awesome enough, Keka has been saving me from hours of manual work too. Now managing so many payroll accounts is no longer such a daunting task.
