Please have a manager help me. open Keeper. This is effecting my business tremendously.

Nothing tricky, easy to use, does not bug you with internal promotion much, price make sense
What do you dislike?
I found security holes that I reported and customer support said, they didn't replicate them. It was never fixed and I quit the app

It is a scam. I received an email asking me if I wanted to renew my subscription, which I didn’t, so I ignored the email.Keeper Security took the money out of my account anyway. Logged in to find details of my subscription but nowhere to be found, not able to cancel it. Do not buy this app or you will be stuck paying £30 a year whether you use it or not.
The software doesn't really work. It didn't work for me. When I first bought it, I followed the steps and synchronised my passwords. However, it couldn't fill the right passwords. I added 2 staff members to Keeper. In both cases it won't add them straightaway. Both couldn't have access to use my passwords and had weird error messages. However, they appeared active my end. I contacted Keeper within the first month from purchase and wanted to cancel my subscription. The contacted me after a few days and refused to cancel my subscription and refund me. Their support service is helpless. the get back to you days after the issue and they're not effective. They couldn't even solve the problem of the system filling the right passwords.I personally think most of their great rating is not genuine. I don't believe this software is fit for its purpose and I don't recommend it to anyone based on my experience.
An absolute garbage software you can save your money. user unfriendly instructions especially regarding the Import.
