What do you like best?
I like the ability to bind users to Office365 and GSuite
What do you dislike?
We really struggled getting the product implemented. We needed a great deal of support in doing so.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Everyone is a local admin on their system. Most people were using personal logins instead of company-issued credentials. We can also do inventory
What do you like best?
Ease of use. Some functions are intuitive.
What do you dislike?
The FAQs are very elaborate and does not address very specific questions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Directory and SSO integration. The Microsoft integration is cumbersome. The Work or school account integration is currently unavailable with you.
What do you like best?
Being able to manage Apple devices and login without being bound to a domain
What do you dislike?
There were some feature for user logins that we didn’t really like. Being able to remotely change passwords and being able to encrypt drives like bitlocker would be nice too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Currently none that we are able to solve with other management software
What do you like best?
Ability to;
- manage central logins across multiple OS platforms
- choose which accounts you are going to sync, i.e. if you only need to sync 25 or your 50 mailboxes to JumpCloud you can, you do not need to sync your entire email tenant
What do you dislike?
MSP Portal is still lacking.
- SSO needs to be integrated into admin portal
- Better ability to manage user creation and removal of MSP users

Ability to have a cloud directory for mixed Mac/Windows shops and sync their login's to a single login
What do you like best?
The implementation and ongoing maintenance of the platform is very simple.
What do you dislike?
Currently there are no issues I have found while using the platform

A simple to use and easy to implement solution to companies that have not implemented active directory.
