What do you like best?
So far, it acts significantly better than our previous email platform. We like that we are able to schedule and conduct true A/B testing with our emails. They are extremely responsive to emails and oftentimes will respond within minutes for smaller questions and 2-3 hours for more in-depth questions.
What do you dislike?
It's far too soon to say what I dislike about this program. We only started using it 3 days ago.

try the free version first to give you a better sense of how you can use this program to your benefit.

What do you like best?
The ability to send mass pitches to a bunch of contacts at once, which saves us lots of time and effort.
What do you dislike?
It is not very user-friendly. After using the system for months, I still have not been able to figure out how to have it send the same note with different names for different email addresses. I also don't like the disclaimer on the bottom of the emails it sends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just be aware of the pros and cons: ability send mass emails and save time, but not very user-friendly and as previously mentioned, I don't like the disclaimer on the bottoms of the emails.

Sending pitches to a bunch of contacts at once. This has really saved time for us on mass pitching.

Nice support, great html editor and tests can be sent to separate lists and people. Great list management - I like the scrubbing feature.
What do you dislike?
After a certain period of time it logs me out and the changes do not get saved automatically. Not all the bounces are picked up by the system.

It really depends on what mass email software system is the most comfortable. They all do what they are made for.

Great product, great relationship with their sister company Database USA so you can buy lists and then email from Jango

Setup is not easy, lots of settings require tweaking in order to efficiently mail, not be blocked, etc

Test emails rule! This online marketing system let you test emails without a hassle

Well, it is important to mention that Jango logs out every so often which loses all the data - no auto saving feature. Some bounces are impossible to track due to server's response.

Consider other software as well - I only used Jango Mail and Mail Chimp
