I requested a refund when my account auto-renewed.4 request later via email you guys are just running me around for a refund. Contacted my credit card company to intervene. Don't do business with this company. You picked the wrong guy to have a fight with.

The actual product was ok , after a year I decided I didn’t use it so cancelled , they still took payment the following year , after numerous emails they did refund , same happened for the next 2 years , even had them confirm in writing that the account was disabled , still took payment , now in the position as they are not refunding to go down the PayPal dispute route , I would not recommend at all

I bought downloaded and installed ipvanish and still cannot obtain programmes like ITV HUB and BBC IPLAYER or several sports programmes. I have it connected to London UK.At this present time I believe I have wasted my money buying IPVANISH hence single star rating. Maybe if you disagree with my comments and have the answers to amend them I would welcome your input.

Woke up yesterday to a charge that I did not authorize. Apparently when signing up they enroll you in auto renewal. They do this without letting you know. Also, they do not send out a heads up email like other companies to let you know that the auto renewal is about to happen.

Used IPVanish for several years excellent. Cancelled a month before renewal but they kept trying to take money from my account. I kept sending emails to say I no longer wanted the service but they wanted all my details which they already had plus my bank details. I advise not to do automatic renewal.Peter Smith (I have all the emails as proof )
