WRITE A REVIEWive been using free service for a while now and its geared up to try and sell the upgrade. it only allows you to have three clients for the free version so if you want to send a new client an invoice you must delete a previous client to do so. i tried doing this today and even though i only have two clients it keeps coming up with an upgrade prompt. not happy with the very pushy way the upgrade is being forced on me and the fact my allowance has not been honoured. waiting for customer services to get backUPDATEthis is the reply i got back from them.Thank you for your recent contact form message. Our free InvoiceBerry accounts are limited to 3 active and 13 total (active and archived clients. You currently have 13 total clients and therefore can't add any further clients to your free account.We had to implement this limitation as we offer InvoiceBerry for free to very small businesses and freelancers while we are burdened with the costs of running the service. We hope that our invoicing solution is useful enough for your business for you to consider upgrading to our Solo plan.Have a nice evening,Uwei replied by telling them that i wasnt using the service for free as i was actually advertising for them on every invoice i sent (which is what happens for the free service not free for good. it will suddenly stop working unles you pay the ransom. none of this was mentioned in the q&a section or anywhere else i could findFurther update is invoiceberry have now contacted trustpilot and told them i have no account with them and my review is fake. This is really upsetting that a company would go so low just because i wrote an honest critical review. i have shown trust pilot my invoices that i have sent using invoiceberry and shown them emails from invoiceberry proving my point. i hope trustpilot have not been influenced and everyone can still read my experiences

I like how easy it is to draft, create, and generate invoices.
What do you dislike?
There's really no need for this software, at least at a paid level. I can create my own invoices and track everything via Google. They should try and sell their software to Google. Google Invoice?

Just draft your own; it's not worth paying for this service to be able to do something you can definitely do all by yourself.

It was nice when it was free, as an independent contractor, to have this to generate invoices, but I haven't really realized any benefits.
What do you like best?
InvoiceBerry is online invoicing software that allows us to create custom, professional looking invoices, track expenses, view estimates and even schedule recurring invoices quickly and easily. The beauty is that there is nothing to install onto anyone’s computer.
What do you dislike?
I have not found anything negative feature with this online invoice software.

InvoiceBerry Software made it so much easier to keep track of the expenses and revenue and since I'm book-keeper, manager, coordinator, and a little of everything else, this has been a tremendous time-saver. I recommended this tool to every small business owners and freelancers.

I have started a new company and after we sold the first products we searched for a way to send invoices. Invoiceberry offers a very good and fast web-based software to send invoices for our business. One week after signing up a customer service employee also contacted me and asked if I need any help or if I want any new features. Excellent service!
What do you like best?
Project implementation tests were carried out to develop the company's collection process for direct sales. We tested this software and its implementation was excellent. The reports, additional clients, maintenance, multiple windows and configurations for a better sale and an excellent payment process.
What do you dislike?
User support often has delays in its response frequently. That's a problem when it comes to quick fixes. Of the rest of the efficient software.

The automated invoicing of the products and the effective payments help us considerably.

We use it for the external sales that we have in the company. We are in a test phase. We will continue testing, but until now it has been wonderful.
I signed up with this invoicing service a few months ago and was positively surprised as it is very easy and fast to send invoices.Last week I had a problem with my revenue report which I wanted to export to an Excel file and it didn't work. I emailed them and within half an hour the problem was fixed. Top customer service!
