What do you like best?
The pre-meeting/post-meeting digests have such potential. Too bad it is utterly impossible to use the data.
What do you dislike?
Introhive support is a misery. We cannot ever get what we need in terms of reasonable solutions that make sense for data management. The errors that users are getting are enormous and incomprehensible for users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have enough people to support this. Data admins and SF admins.

We have not yet been able to see a benefit from Introhive given the number of challenges we are facing.
What do you like best?
The pre-meeting digest/intelligence is an interesting and good feature, as is the contact strength feature.
What do you dislike?
The integration with InterAction, our CRM, was oversold and is not mature. It has greatly effected our perception of the product. We've found very little to recommend in its capture of contact data and push of that data to InterAction

Make sure you completely understand how it will interact with your CRM.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Seeing the actual strength of the communication relationships with contact is valuable.
What do you like best?
I like how Introhive can show you how much activity is going on with various companies.
Auto-syncing of leads activities is extremely handy as well.
What do you dislike?
Some of the integrations need a little work. For instance, multiple leads are often created when there should really only be one. Perhaps this is on the sales team though.
Their data cleaning service also needs some work. Have yet to find a lead that has been loaded up with good information.

Unfortunately, much of their functionality will be developed into future versions of Dynamics/Salesforce.

Insight into sales activities is the number 1 thing.
What do you like best?
Relationship strength discovery is very valuable when you have some individuals claiming to have a strong relationship with another individual or organization, and the product is able to either validate or contest the claim through facts.
What do you dislike?
Lawyers really need the ability to have contacts they've tagged in SF in their mail system. They used to have a sync product (albeit it had some challenges) but they appear to have chosen to discontinue it. I understand sync a complicated game and other companies do it well, but we preferred the actual context of how Introhive executed the task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Half of our users (legal assistants) only require read only access to the data, and we don't want their relationship information harvested, but there's no easy way to administer this or to have a lighter license for this purpose. Essentially assistants just want to manage lawyer information on their behalf without actually obtaining the lawyers credentials.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Understanding who has stronger relationships with prospective clients. In the past, we've had to manually maintain "who knows who" while Introhive does this almost all on it's own making most of the data more accurate.
What do you like best?
I like how it is able to scrub all our contacts in pull in company info and show us our relationships between them. An upside to it is that it has the potential to push valuable contact data into a call to action within our own backyard.
What do you dislike?
The dislike is that the portal seems to be a bit underwhelming at first. Feel like the look and feel can be improved to be a bit more streamlined with minimal clicks and drives action.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Some problems I see is that it relies a lot on the business development but our company is a bit top heavy with the users not having time to really develop the business application. The benefit is that is shows what valuable information we have but how to use it is always the problem.
