This platform is unbelievable useful. Here are the pros:1. You save a minimum one hour’s time with preliminary phone interviews and interview scoring2. You can provide a video interview to everyone since the machine does the scoring for you and takes no time at all from your end3. Candidates love using this tool! They don’t have to stress about interview prep, missing appointments, or not presenting their best. This tool allows them to do each interview over in the way they want to present themselves best. 4. Interviews are difficult. Many times, you don’t get the full information without reviewing session recordings. This app eliminates the need for review. It prints transcript answers of all video questions. And catches subtle things that a human may miss.Here are the cons:1. Trying to figure out where to spend all my extra saved time.2. No white-labeling optionsOverall, my staff and I are jumping with joy over this tool. It made putting out job requests very easy. You will love this app.

Interviewer.ai is a very interesting platform for recruiting. It can save a lot of time thanks to the video interviews and AI score provided. Here are the things I like the most in the software:1. Very responsive support. I wrote on a Sunday afternoon in the chat on their website and they replied immediately and offered a call for the next day. The call was perfect and clarified quickly all my doubts2. Open to suggestions and to improve the product. Had some issues with the initial sign up and asked for some changes in the product – again very responsive support and fixed the issue quickly3. AI for one-way interviews – which was exactly what I was looking for to automate recruiting. There are still not that many variables in the automatic AI feedback provided but those already present are quite goodI am happy with the software, and I am confident it will improve even more soon with new AI variables

I'm not sure if I would have enjoyed the process of interviewing candidates if Interviewer.AI didn't exist. This tool made it so much easier to screen candidates by grading their resumes, skill assessments, and videos. The tool also allowed me to quickly interview the top candidates. Now, I have a shortlist of candidates to call in for one-on-one interviews. Support is really fast and courteous. All the best!
