What do you like best?
I like the user interface. Basically you use your mouse to setup your workflow by dragging elements on the screen. It takes just few minutes as an administrator to get the hang of it and start setting up the system.
What do you dislike?
The approval setup is not user friendly. Some of the rules need to be time-based beyond the standard time-based features in the program. Integrify should focus more on the customizability of their system not just on the user interface. The custom forms need a better layout editor to control how the forms look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want simple workflow and custom web forms and some level of approval, this is the system to use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Make sure you test integrify before you choose to buy their software. It works well for many companies, but not all.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
It has great user interface. All we have to do is to use the mouse in order to set up the workflow and to use its dragging features on the screen. It takes less than 10 minutes to set up the system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have to say that the approval setup is not intuitive. They could improve some rules for time-based. The team behind Integrify should focus more on the customization of the program instead of the interface. Also, the custom forms need improved layout editor in order to control the look of the forms.

It works great for many companies. Before purchasing this product I suggest you to test it first.

The hr uses it to automate the process of documentation submissions for time sheets , performance reviews and other hr requests.
