What do you like best?
It is convenient. Allows for easy remote repairs. You can chat with the customer while repair is in progress, allows for online payment. Excellent support and tools.
What do you dislike?
It is highly compatible with Windows but not with MAC.
It is very expensive. Can cost you upto 75$ a month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its definitely a great software, with great support but it can be expensive so if you are new to using remote support, consider cheaper options like zoho assist.

Remote support for software difficulties on Windows and MAC.
Remote support to teach and walk through use of and troubleshoot software.
What do you like best?
It's focused on one thing: support. Too many tools try to do to much. This is a tool I trust because it's unique to our industry and unlikely to be taken advantage of by competitors or scammers. Support is outstanding. .
What do you dislike?
I'd like per use pricing rather than flat pricing. For months I don't use it as much ,it would be awesome to pay less. It's still cheaper than anything I've compared it to.

Try contacting support. It's incredible. Corey is amazing. I love the fact I'm not in some kind of support queue talking with 12 people. He's the owner and does support directly,.
