Instagantt is a web application whose main functionality is the personalization and creation of Gantt diagrams, (which is the most used method for project management to help me and other users in the development and labor growth, as well as in the Project planning visually, individually or you can schedule tasks with a specific team. It has a free version of 7 days. Create create start dates, set a percentage of progress and link tasks. It is compatible with Asana, which facilitates the organization or planning of tasks from that application.

Individually allows you to organize and plan projects using the Gantt chart in them. It does not need installation, and is compatible with computers, tablets and smartphones.

It allows to develop simplified dependencies through a synchronized program that Instagantt contains, which implies that, when changing something in a task, everything will be propagated through the Table if it is programmed. It also lets you see how many tasks a user or resource must perform simultaneously throughout the life of the project.

What I do not like about this application is that it has not integrated the choice of languages ??according to the preference of the users working only in English. It does not have a large variable number of tools, which could improve. The integration with other applications is what improves the experience with the application, instead of improving itself. The free period is only one week, which requires the user to pay for its full use.

Instagantt is an ideal application for medium-sized companies that wish to develop or manage projects, as well as companies that use and need to use gantt diagrams, which with this application will improve their results by facilitating their work.

With Instagantt we have been able to improve the development of medium-scale projects thanks to the use of this Gantt tool, as well as its task management and team projects, and its integration with another application of our use as Asana.

It is surprising that this application can be linked to others to improve its performance and reinforce each action it contains.

Instagantt contains what we have been placing in a long time and we keep working in conjunction with other similar applications, however, this has had certain failures to have it integrated into some mobile devices.

Instagantt will give you that freshness to keep track of your activities as well as your tasks, all projects will be well oriented with this application, your organization will have the best channels to perform an appropriate management. I recommend it.

The similarity of instagantt to other applications that we have previously used has been elementary to have a constant and easy follow-up with this product. Has significantly reinforced each level of communication of the company to carry out each assigned activity this has brought many benefits to get ahead in every project that we have raised within the company.

Instagantt is a great application that synchronizes with Asana to graph your projects in Gantt charts or lists. With this totally online software, you register with your Asana account and your projects and tasks are automatically synchronized. Instagantt allows me to follow the daily work of each project assigning the dates and those responsible for each of them. The ease to change the dates in the calendar is very comfortable and I can also manage each term very quietly. I like how I can drag and drop the tasks, besides the color coding is very valuable to organize the stages in each project.

Maybe I would like a way to prioritize tasks. And it would be good to have a system of alerts that can be customizable and determine the types of notifications and to whom these alerts are sent.

Instagantt offers competitive prices on your application, it pays to pay for your subscription. I recommend any person or project department that uses Instagantt and will not be disappointed. If you synchronize with Asana you can get more out of it.

With Instagantt we manage our time in daily tasks and in the projects we carry out. Thanks to this application we improve the productivity and efficiency in each section of the project, since we can preview in your diagrams the expectation of time that is expected before executing the project. Instagantt has become one of the most valuable tools we have in the department.

I like the flexibility of the Gantt Charts and more importantly, the feedback from the team at Instagantt. They are wonderful at responding to suggestions and accepting your feedback

There are a couple of things that I'd like to see updated within the next few iterations of the software that would really set it apart from others. First, I'd like to see recurring tasks. With much that I do, tasks are repetitive weekly things, and being able to set those to repeat would be fantastic. Second, I'd like for any tasks that are not due for a given number of days (user setting not to appear on the Gantt chart or in the task list to help reduce clutter. Third, the ability to resort Projects would be fantastic. Fourth, I'd like to be able to move tasks between projects and even between Workbooks. And finally, it woudl be great to create custom folders to see multiple projects of your choosing within the folder you create. There is currently an 'All Projects' folder, but you cannot customize which projects you see in this folder.

I'd try it out...it works great for most of our needs and the development team at Instagantt is very responsive to suggestions, so I feel that they will continue to improve the product to meet our needs.

The ability to see work tasks across my team is extremely beneficial. It serves as a form of 'visual' communication for the team. We have worked in task silos for a very long time and Instagantt gives us the ability to see the work that each team member is doing.
