Insellerate failed our company miserably. We were running $300K-$400K in monthly lead spend through their CRM only to find that our phone numbers provided were coming up as SPAM and our SMS messages were not being delivered. At no point was Insellerate proactive in diagnosing any of this. After a month of lost revenue we determined the issues and worked with Insellerate to resolve them - herein we were provided an account credit for our trouble (nothing in comparison to the lost revenue and lead spend BTW).
Here's the best part - and the reason for my tardy review - almost two years later they just sent our company to collections for, you guessed it, the account credit they had provided at the time. After reaching out to them to resolve the matter (including the original email threads that were exchanged at the time regarding the credit) they have gone stone cold silent. Simply unbelievable.
If you're a mortgage lender wanting to scale an enterprise CRM for your business, DON'T DO IT WITH THESE GUYS!
