Horrible experience completely a scam project,,, customer service zero, they will stole your money,,,, when I ask them regards my transactions they told me I sold all my assets..... which I didn’t... highly not recommended.. they ask you to never share your password or phrases in the meantime they will stole your assets politely..

DO NOT USE THIS WALLET! I used this app for over a year and initially it was just fine. But over time it has gotten more and more buggy. Recently it would not let me transfer my money off of the wallet. It showed my transferable balance as 0 but my wallet balance had the correct amount. This was the start of the red flags for me as it kept saying server errors, connection issues, and staking was not working properly. The chat button for customer support just said unavailable, and their main website kept giving me errors and crashing as well. I went to their twitter only to see that they had not posted anything since December 2020!!! Over 2 months without a tweet for a company is not a good sign. I do not know if this project has been abandoned but something is off here. This company is also in Singapore so its not like you can just call them up or drive to their location.Fortunately I was able to get my money off after spending over an hour of trying again and again on the app. This is not a place I would hold my money as you may not get it back.Also, just in case someone is having the same issue I was (which is how I ended up on this message board searching for information). It said my ADA was staked which was why it was telling me my available transferable amount was 0. But when I went to unstake it said I had nothing staked and also nothing available to stake... So I decided to try to transfer my ADA off the wallet anyways. I put in the amount I had in my wallet even though it said I had 0 available to transfer and it ended up transferring just fine. It still gave me an error, but the transaction went through. So transfer whatever amount you have in your wallet and ignore what the app is telling you you have available or the errors that come up.

Customer support is non existent, they tell you to join the telegram group then you get hit by scammers

I hate these people. They do not answer any support request. It’s been a month since I started trying to unstake my Cosmos because I ran into some financial issues. It does not display right and there is no way to unstake. I have search high and low and contacted everyone possible and have yet to get a response. Don’t make a mistake and use their service.
