Marg Image Relay

I like that there are multiple ways of sorting and finding the different images and files I'm looking for.

The redesigned layout is really confusing. It used to be a lot more simple to get to a specific subfolder but now you have to click through a bunch of options first. Thankfully there's still a search feature so I tend to use that a lot more often now even though it doesn't always pull the exact result I'm looking for.

My vendor uses this to load sell sheets and images so they're accessible to all sales people. This makes my job easier because I can search for what I need myself and get it instantly instead of going to them and waiting to hear back. I'm sure it also makes their lives easier as they don't have to field as many requests now.

So many features, but it is also simple and easy to use! There were no slow page loads like I have experienced with similar software. I especially like the keyword set function because it allows me to search for the same thing going by different names, useful when there are several files created by different people on the same subject.

At one point I was on a shared computer (no admin access and I was unable to open download files due to admin restrictions. I wish there was a way to open the files without opening an attachment, like an in-browser view.

This is basically taking organizational features and functions from existing programs (Word, Powerpoint, etc and expanding on them

When there are several presentations planned at once, Image Relay helps to keep track of all of them in a visual way.

I have to share multiple assets with several different people in various organizations. Image Relay allows me to keep everything clearly organized in a "one stop shop". Making my hand off of assets as easy as a couple of clicks vs. the headache of tracking down which email was sent to who and when.

In the spirit of innovation & making life it easy, it would be great if the DAM could auto fill tags. I.e., "woman", "man", etc.

Make use of the DAM

The problem to solve is making assets available to a system of 1500+ people (probably a low guess. Image Relay solves this by being an all inclusive hub.

It is very useful to have all the marketing materials and images in one place. I like that I can search by keyword and find what I am looking for,

It would be nice to be able to navigate through the different groups of images easier.

Having access to these images and materials helps me create marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently.

-collections feature

-sharing specific folders with agencies

-depending of if you are in folders or collections, the button to download is not always visible - it would be better is the actions were always in the same place

It's easier to have assets all in one place but not everyone uses it so it's not 100% solved this problem.
