We have been customers of iGMS for quite some time. Double bookings coupled with a customer service team that doesn't read or address your complaints this was a very poor experience indeed. When we had numerous double bookings Vlad the CTO promised us heavily subsidised use of the software until the direct API integration into Booking.com was complete. The following month we decided we couldn't continue with them as the disruption was too much for our business. Upon hearing that iGMS decided to forget having offered us a heavily discounted rate until the Booking.com connection completes and for the last few months we have been being charged for the full amount despite them having cost us hundreds of pounds each month in lost reservations due to their iCal software blocking dates on certain platforms without reason and then allowing in double bookings with AirBnB when they were supposed to have an API connection to AirBnB directly!! On one occasion one of our rooms was booked 4 weeks in advance on Booking.com however AirGMS double booked it on AirBnB the day before even though their calendar was up to date. Additionally the Multicalendar doesn't show up when there is a double booking so you only find out when your second guest turns up at the door. On the whole, they do not value their customers, they don't understand how much money they cost us by messing up bookings, they don't pay attention to our communications and their system is not reliable at all. We don't feel safe at all leaving our properties in their system and as such we have suspended all our AirBnB listings and are operating uniquely on Booking.com until we find the right channel manager that can be relied upon!
Awful!! DO NOT USE THE FREE PERIOD UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY WITH THEM.Signed up for the free period to see how the app was and if it was worth us getting and combining calendars. It wasn't worth the fees as it's free through Airbnb when you dig a little deeper.I left the app there after less than a day but somehow after the FREE period they started to change all our booking prices and reduced everything, undid our smart pricing and ruined the lot!!!They don't answer the phone only online chat.I am disgusted that they were able to cause so much potential damage to our business.Beware.
Extremely high priced since 1/11/2019Stopped using it. Not worth it, more useful products in the market.
What do you like best?
Communication platform with multiple account. The template generator are easy to use. It's easy to leave reviews in bunch but I miss the time where we could see if a guest already left us a review, or not.
What do you dislike?
It's not efficient to change the price directly on the platform since we can't modify the availability setting. The integration of new account has been an headache lately. We don't have a lot of information about what's coming next .. will we be able to completely synchronise our account with VRBO/Homeaway.
The app is lagging and we always need to close, refresh and reopen. Airgms should let the admin to set an alarm for a To-Do. For example : setting an alarm to let the guest know if an early check-in is possible 24H before their arrival. The to-do list is convenient but I think it'd be a big add-on to set an alarm.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The communication with the guest mostly & the review which we do in bunch 3-4 time per month. We use tools created on Google Sheet to manage our cleaning schedule. We use the calendar the verify the check-out date (cleaning date).
What do you like best?
Using Airgms to manage multiple listings has simplified communications and calendar management allowing us to focus on guest satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this for anyone with more than five Airbnb listings.
What do you dislike?
There are several feature additions that we are interested in seeing in the future. What's nice is that we feel like we have the opportunity to connect with the customer service team and even the developers to pass along our requests for improvement or new features.

We would definitely recommend you give AirGMS a try for your vacation rental software needs.

Using Airgms as a primary conduit for communication with Airbnb guests at multiple locations has streamlined our process and made it easier for us to do business. We are looking forward to the feature additions we have passed along to their development team.
