What do you like best?
The system is relatively low maintenance and has an appreciably short learning curve, which made onboarding it a relatively simple task, but no more so than competitor applications.
What do you dislike?
The pricing plans available were not really reflective of the quality of product offered, given comparable options. This may have been a quirk of our organisational needs. It may be suited to a more "traditional" business environment, rather than e-learning focused solutions.

We did not make significant strides with the product, as it's functionality was difficult to realise across out departments.

What do you like best?
Ease of connection to databases and data warehouses. Easy to design charts.
What do you dislike?
The tool works very well. Lots of stuff does not work on mobile / tablet with standard design.

Report.... Getting data out of systems that are buried. We needed a reporting tool to connect to our data warehouse.
What do you like best?
It has a lot of features and can do just about anything.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the fact that user permissions are hard to set and it is not very intuitive to build reports.

We are using it for sales related reports and it has worked very well for us as a single snapshot of sales and drilldowns by customer

on par with the rest of the top bi tools out there

Compared to tableau, a bit difficult to use but it may just be something to get used to
