What do you like best?
Honestly the worst lease administration system I have ever used. So many glitches! Right out of the box.
What do you dislike?
It has potential / but that's about it. too many glitches to be anything more than 'bad'. IBM does not support this system and instead we have to do work arounds. The worst system I have ever used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't do it! It is too unstable and FULL of glitches. Terrible product!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
No benefits at all.
Our accounting team stopped using it for straight lining rents because of the system is so glitchy and worthless.

I generally like the look of the system.
What do you dislike?
Overall system performance, inability to create custom reports that run in a reasonable timeframe, inability to calculate CPI, complexity entering leases with midmonth escalation dates.

From a lease admin perspective, we have only created more manual processes and complexity, the benefits are more related to accounting.

First day but the facility is nice and registration was simple

Cumbersome product and hard to navigate. Installation and configuration is complex and time consuming.
