Marg IBM API Connect

My credit card was charged twice on 13th and 14th November for SPSS monthly subscription and I called 132 426 customer service and was transferred to the wrong department twice (once to business that don’t deal with invoices and another time to spss grad pack that doesn’t deal with SPSS subscriptions. I wrote an email to IBM invoice department about the matter. I later call 1800 629 135 for and was hung up on. I called 9354 4000 and was also hung up on. This is appaling service

Absolutely has the worst customer service. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I spoke to them about cancelling my subscription and not being charged before the month started. They were not willing to help which is understandable due to the policy agreement, but what is not okay is that they later double charged me for the service that I'm not even using

Zum Beispiel erhalten nur die Rentner ihre Rechtmäßige Rentenerhöhung, die auf die Anwendung der korrekten Formel geklagt haben. Ebensowenig werden Gerichtsurteile von Arbeitsgerichten anerkannt. Egal ob es um die Einhaltung Tariflicher Vereinbarungen von Blockmodellen bei ATZ oder um Kündigungsschutz für Schwerbehinderte, bestimmte Altersgruppen oder Mitarbeiter aus dem Betriebsrat handelt. Schon vor Bildung des Urteils werden Informationen gestreut, das man in die weitere Instanz gehen werde. Zwar ist die Gemeinschaft und der Zusammenhalt der Mitarbeiter extrem gut. Durch Verlagerungsmaßnahmen und Kündigungswellen ist das Arbeitsumfeld jedoch unerträglich. Ich kann den guten Ruf, den die IBM immernoch hält, absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

Installed but when click on icon in Chrome, there's a blank box, so no facility to protect the website. Tried repair, uninstall, reinstall and various Rapport help/support. Still can't get it to work. Now that I've uninstalled it permanently, the Trusteer icon is still showing on Chrome - worst piece of software I've experienced in years. You get what you pay for, so I'm not surprised that this software is free. Banks should have regard to customer feedback regarding Trusteer Rapport before being so eager to recommend it- but, no doubt, they're too busy counting their profits!
