The concept of using something like Idonethis to keep our remote team in sync was definitely attractive.

Functionalities very minimal for the price.

IDoneThis wonderfully integrates several simple tools so we have everything in one place. The standout feature is the activity monitor, which is fabulous to help us know the status of our research animals by watching who is entering information. The capacity to hook up with Slack is great, helps to have the tasks/chats side by side when we're organizing our experiments and can chat about the details. I love the calendar functionality as well for the same reason: planning experiments is often messy and while we used to use Google Calendar, it's nice to have it in the same platform.
What do you dislike?
Feels a bit bare bones sometimes. The simiplicity of the UI was somewhat frustrating, personally I find it hard to find the individual settings for each team and make changes.

We have hundreds of laboratory animals that need to be managed by several researchers who are on completely different schedules. This interface was the nicest way to synchronize our experiments/workspace so we can work in a coordinated manner
What do you like best?
This software gives us updates on which tasks or projects was completed or not completed thus knowing the status of every project is easy.
The tasks reminder function is really impressing as there are no possibilities of forgetting some tasks.
It easy to use and has intuitive UI.
Team collaboration amongst teams makes tasks and projects more achievable.
What do you dislike?
From simple implementation,the ease of use,simple features and its performance and functionalities I haven't found any headache thus no dislike.

Is a tool that allows you to manage the tasks and activities that are scheduled to be executed and developed by each team member, achieving an effective monitoring of the implementation of each of the tasks, greatly improving the performance of each team member.
What do you dislike?
It has worked properly and efficiently, as it fulfils all the functions promised by the tool. I have nothing negative to comment on the tool.

A useful and efficient tool which thanks to the functions it has allows you to develop and manage the execution of each of the tasks that have been programmed to be developed.
