What do you like best?
We looked at several SMS integrators before choosing Heymarket but the thing that sold us was the inbox which allowed anyone on our team to answer incoming SMS by mobile device or desktop. Few other providers had any solution as clean.
What do you dislike?
Lack of list management tools make Heymarket difficult to use in a large-scale setting. If you can manage your list elsewhere and find a way to update the list on Heymarket, you can make a solution work, but the inability to do simple list management within the app makes it very difficult to do simple clean-up tasks.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have abandoned the campaign feature with the exception of one simple campaign because we can't even get an alphabetized list of campaign members to edit. Additionally not being able to know who as unsubscribed is a problem.
What do you like best?
Ease of use for multiple users. Ability to add comments to a text thread for inter-office use. Picture receiving capability.
What do you dislike?
The app rarely works properly. The website always opens to the closed inbox rather then the open, which can be frustrating. The automatic texts (for after hours or holiday closings) sometimes just don't send even when they're supposed to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As always, look into other options, but HeyMarket is cheap and does everything you would need a 2-way texting service to do.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
2 way administrative communication with clients is great. We text appointment confirmations, quick messaged the attorney wants to tell them, or just to tell them to check their email. We have a lot more in writing now that we have 2 way texting communication. Also the fact that we were able to use our office number which we've had for 20 years is a huge plus; not having a separate texting phone number.
What do you like best?
I enjoy the user-friendliness of the application. It is akin to using the web interface of a typical messaging application. What is also beneficial is the ability to assign messages to various members of a team on the fly, so everyone knows who is answer calls, everyone has visibility to the conversation and nothing gets dropped.
What do you dislike?
There isn't the ability to limit members of a team from reassigning conversations, the ability to limit the visibility of team members to certain activities. We would appreciate the ability to segment out our team and reduce the visibility to messages in the inbox (in some instances).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have a dispersed sales team that needs to be able to seamlessly answer questions. We have the ability to see conversations and make sure our team is able to manage messages from a central location.
What do you like best?
during major storms and events in the Houston area we were able to reach and communicate with our agents in a timely manor.
What do you dislike?
the cost because of that we are looking around for less expensive services.

no problems, informing our agents on events and issues that may impact their businessess.

The ease of use is definitely a plus and the price is right. :)

I don't think there is anything I have found so far that I dislike, to be honest.

Do it! It's a great app that you can use on desktop or phone. The phone app is awesome!
