What do you like best?
We started with Helpcrunch and have been on the system for over a year. Support was excellent starting off and it is much cheaper than competing products.
What do you dislike?
Unfortunately the bugs within the system has meant we have to look for alternative software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Helpcrunch to help improve our customer onboarding by sending them emails if they haven't completed a key step
Problem after problem. The chat bar disappears several times a day (for more than a month) because of their technology, their tool for sending emails to our customers is not at all developed (sending emails every day to my customers when I have unsubscribed for over a month now). Team not really professional, I will advise everyone to go your way. Competitive tools (and not more expensive than that) do a thousand times better! And of course, no compensation expected from them :) (I lost a lot of customers but no big deal)
After signing up for a demo account, they constantly continue to spam you endless regardless. If this is how they operate, concerned how they handle support.
What do you like best?
3-in-1... the chat/email/and ticketing systems in one spot works great for me. Being able to tag chats is another plus. I really enjoy being able to reply to a message and that will automatically be submitted to a visitor or customer if they are not on my website. From there, the customer has the ability to respond directly from the email. It is nicely streamlined.
What do you dislike?
Android app needs a lot of improvement. I was told an update would be ready in September 2019, but here it is nearly the middle of October. I would also like a capture form that allows customers and visitors to sign up for email campaigns (subscription list). I wish we could make the upload limit of the chat larger than what it currently is.

I'm able to answer customer/visitor questions much faster versus my other method where I used a google form.

Easy to use and intuitive GUI, not resource demanding
What do you dislike?
Patches and updates could be more frequent
