What do you like best?
Nothing really. There are better services out there for lower prices and they don't take your money without letting you know first.
What do you dislike?
$13/month and you can only have 1 template? Adobesign is MUCH, MUCH better and the pricing is better as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Beware - they will not warn you that your trial is ending and will charge you for an entire year. No refunds, no customer service.

Esigning is extremely helpful for my clients. However, as I said above, there are much better services at better prices out there. They charged me $156 for an entire year rather than giving me the option to cancel or even go month to month and will not issue a refund.
What do you like best?
Great intuitive ui. Integrates with Hubspot
What do you dislike?
Outbound emails increasingly getting caught as spam, Hellosign flagged by Hotmail, outlook.com as spam. Mimecast identifies it as spam. HelloSign unwilling to do anything on their end to fix it.

If you want your documents to actually get to the person you're sending them to don't use HelloSign

What do you like best?
During the 3 years that we used the HelloSign API service the nicest thing was that it had very little downtime.
What do you dislike?
The price. In the end it the solution cost our company $40/signature!!! When we tried to work with the sales management at HelloSign they refused to continue the discount that they offered us to begin with. The discount was the only thing that made it make sense to continue to use their API.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would recommend that you find a company that is more interested in earning your business. For us they disregarded 3 years of loyalty and refused to hear our business case. I asked them outright if they would prefer 0% of our contract (we leave) or if they would like to get us a discount that makes it worth it for us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For the 3 years we used them, they did help us save about 9 minutes per order form we generated. Which means they think their software is worth $266/hour to my company. My sales team understood that even though they make good money, we cannot afford to pay them that and we certainly aren't willing to pay that much to a software company to do the same job.
What do you like best?
HelloSign has been our document signing software for over 3 years. We have been fairly satisfied until just recently when we ran into problems with their customer service team.
What do you dislike?
We had a billing problem where a partner's old credit card was still incurring monthly charges even though we paid on a yearly basis. Even though they saw that there was no activity on that account, they refused to credit us. When I asked to escalate the issue, I was told by their Director of Customer Success that he was the highest I could go. Either be super careful of your charges OR go with Dropbox, Adobesign or eversign.

Go with Docusign or Eversign

Platform’s adaptive agility. Services are simplified and superb!
What do you dislike?
Surveys, but I understand why they are needed. Perhaps you should build a survey in your platform the gathers and disseminates the information you need to your team.

We recommend HelloSign to newly established firms in Venture Capital and Private Equity.
Onboard onto their Platform was easy. UI adaption is flawless. We love it.
