Literally drained my entire HSA with admin fees.

If you are looking for good HSA then think twice before using this service. They just take your money and you will no longer have control of them. After making my contribution my account was suspended and even removed without any explanations. I called them and tried to restore it. My phone call lasted for 55 minutes and after restoring it I was said that my case would be directed to fraud department that usually considers such limitation cases and it should take 2-3 business days. In fact, I have been waiting for 2 weeks to remove a freeze on my account. And I am still not unlocked. They do not respond to your messages. They just ignore you. I think that my case was not even directed to proper department. Support team are full of ignorant truants that waste your time and nerves. It is just awful organization.

I tried to make a medical distribution. I was not allowed to. They deleted my account for no reason just after this action. I made a call to customer services and spoke to girl named Alice. Totally ignorant one. She is free to hung up the phone and interrupt you. It happened three times. After that nobody answered. Their live chat does not work at all. Especially for those people whose account were deleted from their system. Absolutely abhorrent experience. Now I want to contact my bank and reverse my deposit from them. It sucks.Funds are stolen. Be aware of them.

I just do not understand why such organizations do exist. The problem is that they do not allow me to make a distribution to my health provider. I made a claim for withdrawal and it is still processed, every day the schedule payment changes its status to pending despite on the main page it is completed. No funds left their account. I am not allowed to use my money. Just be careful of these health fraudsters...
