What do you like best?
I like that this software integrates planning and progress features for projects, invoicing, proposal, clients and analytics. It is simple and easy to use. Clients can pay you easy and also it is easy to track expenses
You can set goals and see how you are doing.
The special app for Mac users is very useful and it is flexibility in generating projects & tracking them allows keeping an eye on the development.
What do you dislike?
I am not sure how it could work for medium-sized companies with high volume os projects.
A bit expensive for start-ups. I don't think It has live support just by phone
it is not easy to find when you google it just by the name.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It keeps tracking of clients/ money
Time tracking - so you can compare your time investment vs your service and improve your rates
Easy to invoice and get paid!
I would love to have more freedom with the invoice template and customize to my taste.
It gives you all reports to understand your projects and the company in general

I like the layout on this program and it's widgets which they allow you to set up your home page and put which widgets best suit your needs for your business
What do you dislike?
I like to get a sense of the program before I buy it full out and I wish the trial period was longer and it's only 13 days. There really is not much other than the cost to buy and use this program that I do not like but overall there is not much to dislike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a one stop shop business program than I suggest this one. It's got crucial and critical elements that are all tied into your main dashboard/homepage that you'll love.

This is a very elite program for running a business. It literally has every single option you can think about that you'd want to track and keep track of including projected revenue, sales, accumulated sick days, monthly expenses it's just great and with this specific program I am able to do so much more than my standard accounting software
What do you like best?
The flexibility and price point of Harpoon, particularly compared to other products is unmatched. For the single or team freelancer, this app allows unlimited "tasks" and clients. There is a free trial, which I asked to extend, a request happily allowed but the these in touch devs. They worked with me and were quickly responsive. The app, however, outshines the incredible customer service and speaks for itself.
What do you dislike?
I can't find too much fault. Although I would like more freedom to customize invoice columns, I can't think of any other way the app designers haven't planned to help a freelancer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to combine invoicing and timer. GIve the free trial a shot, and realize it is the best app for your freelancers in the categories above.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I spent more hours searching for a site that took care of my timer and invoicing needs in one than I should have. This solves both problems seamlessly.
