What do you like best?
I love the logical structure of the UI, and the attention to detail. Being able to see the tasks and edit them gives a better experience for me as a user.
In addition, I like the ongoing support we get from GuideCX's team during the implementation of the solution. They are actively listening to our needs and working on implementing those features.
What do you dislike?
I would love having more software integrations and a more formal way of communication rather than the Notes section.
I thing they could do better with a different name, I liked Beynd better for example.
One thing is really annoying for me right now, which is not being able to add any other type of file than images. Professional documents and forms are never in image forms, we need PDF and DOCX at least
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend the solution for companies who are looking for a great project management software and are willing to provide useful insights for every party involved. Moreover, as support is key for these solutions, I would encourage companies choosing GuideCX who are willing to cooperate with the developers of the solution to make it better for themselves
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
providing more insight to customers into the project, being able to keep track of the projects easier.
In the past, customers did not feel the projects as actual projects, rather us communicating with them. With guidecx they are seeing the progress and understanding what helps and what hinders the speed of the project.
What do you like best?
Easy to set up projects and track. Easy to create specific templates based on project types.
What do you dislike?
Reporting capabilities could be expanded. Ability to better format notes and sign-off task messages. Ability to better track and report out on project hours....hours have to sit at a task level not project level. Still waiting on User Trends capability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for something that is easy to implement and will accurately manage and organize your projects, then this is the way to go. Will easily track projects and allow PMs to monitor their team and report out on project progress. Good for short term or long term projects. Can easily be used on complex or smaller projects as well.

Problems - intermittent performance, but not bad.
Benefits - better organization, visibility to executive level team members on project status, better tracking/reporting than we had before

The concept of project management, the tasks and the ownership each party can have.
What do you dislike?
There are no reminders that can be put on each task and private notes.

It is a great tool for project management, and can be customized to each everyone's needs.

Ownership of tasks is great, giving the client responsability.

I love the simple functionality! I love that I can assign customer tasks, and get notified if they're stuck or have questions.
What do you dislike?
The inability to add attachments in the notes section proves to be frustrating at times.
Lack of bullet points and sub-bullet points makes organizing and relaying info difficult at times as well.

My projects are more on task - and more transparent to the customer. They're able to see all the items my team works on behind the scene, and have clear instructions on their tasks/responsibility.
What do you like best?
The best feature is the project plan and how it is customizable.
What do you dislike?
PDF-s or other text files cannot be uploaded.

I think it is a really great tool for Project Managers. It is highly customizable, easy to use and customers can also access it which is quite a huge help!

The biggest benefit is that the customer can actually see the project timeline.
