What do you like best?
Signle sign on works well for federated authentication.
What do you dislike?
Everyone in my company is confused about how to leverage this tool to drive alignment. The user interface does not have bugs so every click of a button works. You can add, edit and save what you want. And it will time stamp your updates for you. However, there is no way to drill down or traverse up to see how someone's objective is directly contributing to the objective of their team, department or company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you choose a tool like gtmhub, you really need to understand how OKRs can be applied to your company-wide HR and performance objectives. If you understand how to use OKRs, then see if what a tool like gtmhub can streamline for your organization.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
gtmhub is supposed to be a tool to manage company wide OKRs. Currently the benefits are limited as it is unclear how someone's ORKs are related to those of their team's, department's and company's.
What do you like best?
1. The alignment section is great!
2. Very neat and clean UI!
3. And more importantly, the marketplace is just awesome. Tons of add-ons to play with and make the tool more engaging for the users in the long run.
What do you dislike?
1. The loading time. Sometimes it keeps stuck on forever to load some key results and that sucks! So
2. There should have been more option to choose themes based on user window. I would love to have a dark mode where It can be more eye-friendly for me!
3. The android version of the app is just too buggy. The back button does not seem to work sometimes and the UI also is not that user friendly.
4. More tips and suggestions pop ups would have been great. There seems to be no notification received for the deadlines that getting closer.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Benefits: More defined goals for a quarter to meet which certainly helps us to stay on track with core organizational goals and objectives.
The biggest problem that we are solving is more aligned role of the managers where each of us can see where we need support!
What do you like best?
The alignment view is amazing to quickly capture anything out of track.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to remove a KR update. Sometimes you make a typo and the charts get out of scale.

Read a book on OKRs to get into the wave before getting into a tool.
Measure what matters is a good starting point.
