Easy to use plug-in that allowed us to build forms very quickly.

For the most part, it's pretty easy to use and works well with most types of themes.

It doesn't have a lot of visual and aesthetic options the way some form builders, even free ones, have.

It is a helpful tool when it works. Thank you.
What do you dislike?
It is hard to troubleshoot when a form doesn't send email communications, and the user interface for notifications and email confirmations isn't that great. It is hard to figure out how to use these along with sendgrid, our new email contact management system. We had to use google forms instead bc the gravity forms didn't send email confirmations and kept breaking.

Know how to program in wordpress if you use this.

Great to build more complex forms, have our own internal database now.

When the company was smaller and our integration with Salesforce was on a smaller scale, GravityForms was a great tool.
What do you dislike?
We recently migrated from GravityForms to FormAssembly due to better reporting, integration with Salesforce and customer interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gravityforms were great in our smaller size, as we grew, we needed another solution. So under the correct requirements, Gravity works well, our particular situation, we outgrew what they could offer!
