I've been using GoReact for several years for my ASL students to submit video assignments and for me to evaluate those asignments through video/text feedback.

When I recently noticed my feedback video quality was poor, I contacted Apple and they said my brand new iMac wasn't the issue and that I needed to contact GoReact.  The support representative I chatted with came to the conculsion that it was my internet upload speed that was causing the problem. boasting that compaired to my 5Mbps, he/she was getting 300Mbps.  I consider this explanation to be nonsense, first of all because I have the fastest internet speed available in my URBAN area.  Secondly, I've had no problems in the past when my upload speed was either the same or lower.  Many of my students have experienced the same poor video quality and that's made evaluating them difficult, if not impossible.  After explaining this, that same represenative stated that GoReact stores all videos at a low resolution (360p) and that they have considered increasing this, but that it would result in much higher costs for my college.
