What do you like best?
I can see it is good for customers, but more often than we like we have people complaining or just unaware of how the app works or how to redeem their free coffee/food so needing a staff member time to do it for them. Not the efficient way we like to work- this holds up our busy cafe line. would be good for small businesses with more time.
What do you dislike?
Found people getting very frustrated and relying on using goody if the app was down it caused mayhem. also we found customers coming in that we had never seen before redeeming a free coffee..... think it's a bit of a scam for retailers using it hench why we have gone back to the good ol fashioned stamp cards. we feel more in control.

getting rid all together will solve our long queues at the till from those people taking time to find/ email check in/ scan their card

The simple layout and easy to use screen is good.

Often the tablets don't work or freeze.

Great customer and client support team. Always reply quickly to questions and are able to help with technical support.

Sometimes the system is a little restricting to specific things we want to do.

Love the interface on the ipads, looks sharp and professional. Like that all the customer information is collected for analysis and is accessible. Easy to use for customers

Lack of communication when systems are going to be down, website can be hard to use - not always doing what we need it to.
